FBCS will be utilizing the FACTS Tuition Management Program for the 2008-2009 school year. If you choose the 10 pay tuition plan to pay your tuition, you will need to enroll in the FACTS program via a link on our website (to be added soon). If you choose to pay in full, you do not need to enroll with FACTS. We are only offering the 1 pay or 10 pay options. Please click on the link above for more information about FACTS
FACTS Enrollment- Click for the link to the FACTS Enrollment web page. This is where you sign-up for our FACTS tuition payment plan. FBCS' institution ID to use for enrollment is 8C703. Pin number 30144
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Please click on the above link to download our financial agreement. This form MUST be included with your registration materials in order to process your application.
Applications submitted without this form will be held until the signed, completed form is received by the business office.
*****Students who register within 1 week of the start of school may not be able to start the first day of school. The application process must be completed before a student can begin at FBCS*******

Registration Packets
Registration Packets can be downloaded by clicking the above link. They may also be mailed or picked up at the school. All forms must be filled out completely with the required documentation in order to complete the registration process.
New student application must be accompanied by the assessment fee. Admission fees must be turned in at the time of application. Students who submit incomplete applications will be notified of the missing documentation and the application will be held until complete. Students who are accepted will be notified with an acceptance letter.
